A new ruling out of a Colorado appeals court is forcing a custom cake baker in suburban Denver to bake cakes for homosexual marriages.
Jack Phillips, owner of Masterpiece Cakeshop, said he has no problem serving gays in his family business. But, he can’t design a wedding cake for same-sex couples as it is a violation of his Christian beliefs.

If you have a business open to the public at large, you are required to abide by state/civil laws. You agreed to those terms when you apply for the business license. Believe whatever you want but you still have to abide by law.
You don’t want to have to abide by the law…close up shop then. Simple as that.
Again its a buisness that caters to public. They have to serve them like it or not. Jesus
