The EPA uses drones and satellites to fly over the US to see if you have added a new pond to your property, according to Charles Hurt, columnist for the Washington Times.

At the same time the EPA is using this surveillance to nail citizens for violating the “Clean Water Act” by having added any ‘new standing water’ to their private property, their office in DC floods the Chesapeake Bay with raw excrement on rainy days due to their inadequate sewage and overflow disposal system.
