“The Sergeant at Arms is authorized to arrest and detain any person violating Senate rules, including the President of the United States,” states the senate.gov website.
The Sergeant at Arms of the United States Senate, currently Andrew B. Willison, is the only person with authority to arrest a sitting president – if the president has violated Senate rules – which Obama certainly has.
But what if the Sergeant at Arms won’t do his job and arrest the President when crimes have been committed?
If Andrew Willison will not perform his duty and arrest the president for crimes Obama has committed, is Mr. Willison not complicit and guilty of a criminal act himself?

Any citizen who has witnessed the commission of a felony may arrest the perpetrator. I’m sure that includes his cabinet, Congress the senate. The list of people is probably way longer than you think. Also his protective detail and hillarys should be arrested for aiding and abetting a known felon. Most of the people who could do this legally won’t because they are also complicit in the crimes and therefore would wind up arrested themselves after the fact. The few elected officials who could pull this off are too afraid to fight. Scalia was killed to prevent something like this from happening. Clarence Thomas was left out of the naacp museum because of his constitutional beliefs and his refusal to bow to Democrat propaganda. Unfortunately I believe the American people have run out of legal ways to fix these problems, mostly because our elected officials have destroyed what used to be our constitution. This is why we have the 10th amendment and more importantly the 2nd amendment. The declaration of independence clearly instructs us on our responsibility to exercise our God given rights to remedy the current situation.
