Police in Buffalo, N.Y., have set forth a plan to begin confiscating the firearms of legal gun owners within days of their deaths.
This is one more little step in the agenda that gun control advocates have embarked on to inch us closer and closer to complete disarmament.
Of course, a communist government is incompatible with an armed populace.
New enforcement of an old law on the books in one New York city highlights why it’s vital to be cautious and vigilant about firearms rights. Check out the full story and a video summary on the Next Page:
In Michigan, heirs inherit handguns, and can sell to permit holders as if they were original owner(you sign your name, indicate inheritance). In michigan long guns are not registered. I assume in NY long guns are registered., and THERE lies the problem….just do it within the 15 inadequate day limit and dont open the door. 15 days, like you dont have enough going on after a death in the family. SHAMEFUL! This police chief needs to be admonished and fired.
What is real funny these law enforcement agencies will be in the very same boat when they retire! That is **IF!!** THEY CAN RETIRE, WITHOUT BEING MURDERED MYSTIERIOUSLY!!
that is BS
this is going to be fun to watch when they start this in Olalhoma and Arkansas !!! they better bring a lot of back up.
Theft form the dead. Police should be above that
If you read the article, I think you can see what they are trying to do. However, they certainly are going about it in such a way as to make it perfect for abuse by the pro gun control crowd.
How about this: Just send the survivors a letter reminding them that they have a gun in the house and to secure it? Less man power and less possibility for abuse..
Try it on the living….
Call Donald trump to sew the state for violating there 2nd amendment rights
