Police in Buffalo, N.Y., have set forth a plan to begin confiscating the firearms of legal gun owners within days of their deaths.
This is one more little step in the agenda that gun control advocates have embarked on to inch us closer and closer to complete disarmament.
Of course, a communist government is incompatible with an armed populace.
New enforcement of an old law on the books in one New York city highlights why it’s vital to be cautious and vigilant about firearms rights. Check out the full story and a video summary on the Next Page:
Dan Rohr yes, I’m sure it’s a sign of true-blue, red blooded patriotism if a person butchers the language in the simplest FB post. Punctuation and an extended vocabulary are indeed suspect, and could indicate an un-American attitude. And yes, I’m sure New York City is rife with communists. Which is why it’s an international banking center. Throw in a Jewish plot, and you have the perfect$#%&!@*kicker conspiracy.
Douglas Kuck yes, God wants Americans to have more guns. That’s what Jesus was all about. Turn the other cheek? Love thy enemy? The meek shall inherit the earth?$#%&!@*that$#%&!@*
Jonathan Wells yes, guns are the only defense. Who needs nukes, drones, and aircraft carriers when you have a nice sawed-off 12-gauge Utica shotgun under your bed?
Think they might have some probate issues
Oath Before Orders ! & the (cops) that don’t believe that is worse then the liberal system. Keep a Knocking but you Cant come in.
What a CROCK! These dead people still vote after they pass on and should be able to keep their guns as long as they vote.
I dont even like guns-dont own one -have no need for one-not going to get one,but I do like my right to own one and if this is allowed, how long will it be before there breaking my door down to get at something I do like. its criminal and unacceptable
Wait, what, they are disarming dead people. If in fact state law requires registration, then guns that are not registered to a living person are not legal. If a legal heir wants to register them in his or her name, and meets the state requirements for ownership, they should then be returned to that heir. In any case the value should be returned to the heir.
Through the orderly transfer of possessions and inheritance rights, the 4th Amendment provides more protection in this situation than does the 2nd Amendment.
Snopes says nothing about this in New York State,,,Only in Calofornia
