15 days hum most Estates are not even close to settled by 30 days and if a collection comes up and police take wepons and willed or sold via will to legal FFL Owner how would that work if the will could not be read for 30 days do to financial hardship for all parties to meet for reading and police have already taken possession of said firearms.
Stupid
Well why wouldn’t they? – the owner has no use for them now so instead of the guns disappearing into the limbo that the NRA gun nuts prefer – the cops go get them them b4 they vansh – lol – next you’ll be claiming the dead need guns for protection too – jeez hehehehehe
So you are saying it’s ok to take a gun collection worth 200k from a child that’s 10 when both parents got killed in a car accident.
Yep
Give them up one well aimed round at a time
