Police in Buffalo, N.Y., have set forth a plan to begin confiscating the firearms of legal gun owners within days of their deaths.
This is one more little step in the agenda that gun control advocates have embarked on to inch us closer and closer to complete disarmament.
Of course, a communist government is incompatible with an armed populace.
New enforcement of an old law on the books in one New York city highlights why it’s vital to be cautious and vigilant about firearms rights. Check out the full story and a video summary on the Next Page:
Licenced? You mean as long as they bought their constitutional rights back?
This is a slippery slope folks. According to a federal firearms dealer in the state of NJ, A licensed hand gun falls into a different catagory then a collectible gun. heirlooms are family possesions that are handed down from one family member to another. the govt. local or otherwise have no authority to confiscate a collectible heirloom whether it is a gun or not. If it is a fairly new hand gun that falls under a different area. that gun is not a collectible type gun therefore it should be turned in, but I would still contact my lawyer and get his opinion. you can contact the NRA and find a lawyer in your area.Remeber satae to state is differnt so make your calls and get the right info.
I would laugh and slam the door in their face.
Would hate to have that duty.
Just remember the guns are doing the killing that could be very dangerous for the ones trying to take them I will not teach mine to be nice while unattended
Hate to tell you bub, but the constitution trumps “New York State Law”
This is the deceased persons property. It is part of his estate. This is unreasonable search and seizure. This should be stopped ASAP.
Damm shame I sold all mine it paid for a great vacation
