Bill Clinton is an alumnus of Georgetown University and won a Rhodes Scholarship to the University of Oxford. He earned a law degree from Yale in 1973 and was governor of Arkansas by 1978. Clinton weathered a series of scandals while in office, serving out two complete terms (1993-2001). Clinton left office with the highest end-of-office approval rating of any U.S. President since World War II.
