The threat on his life ended when Mr Brown left the police car and started down the street ! Officer Wilson was no longer in danger from a feeling man- Then when that man STOPPED and raised his hands over His head to surrounded Mr Brown should have been arrested not shot seeing that Mr Brown was not armed ! The fact that Officer Wilson was scare did not give him the right to shoot an unarmed man !
