So much ignorance in this post. There is a Use Of Force model that has been run through the ringer (courts) for its reasonability and soundness that apply to the military as well as law enforcement and civilians. Basically, if there is iminent threat of serious bodily injury or death, lethal force is justified. In this case, yes, Brown was unarmed, but he was struggling with Officer Wilson for Wilson’s weapon which posed an iminent threat to Wilson.
Counter to so many self righteous arm chair quarterbacks who have already exonerated Brown and condemned Wilson without due process, I’m reserving judgment. Are we not innocent until Proven guilty?
