Ok lets just say, every looter, that gets held, until their place of residence is destroyed and looted. With that there should be a letter, if they do that again, they will have that happening until it stops, or else……
They should all be arrested.
Like in Ferguson where they looted and destroyed black owned businesses. Proving those store owners’ black lives did not matter.
