Destroying property is criminal. Looting is criminal. Laws should apply to everyone. Anyone caught destroying property, stealing, or looting should be taken off welfare. If someone has time to loot and steal, and are physically able to do it, can go to work and earn their living. Tax payers are fed up with supporting these people.
