The Arizona House of Representatives voted to nullify any and all of Obama’s executive orders. If Bill 2368 passes the Republican-controlled Senate, any of Obama’s despotic executive actions would rendered sterile, unable to reproduce his Marxist measures and ideologies within their state.
It would prohibit the state from “using any personnel or financial resources to enforce, administer or cooperate with an executive order issued by the president of the United States that has not been affirmed by a vote of the Congress of the United States and signed into law as prescribed by the Constitution of the United States.”

Scott Phoenix not what ” I think” fuzznuts…those are the FACTS…deal with it
I approve of anything that stops this lawless regime. I don’t even recognize the country that I love.
Please do. Go Arizona!
At least we’re trying.
Wow…Apparently our elected officials have never heard of the Supremacy Clause in the constitution…
And only the US Supreme Court can rule on whether something is Constitutional, not a legislative body…
Wish the folks in Phoenix would actually understand what the Constitution says…sigh…but I fear they just don’t get it.
He’ll just cut off federal funding and get what he wants that way. Sadly.
This reads well and I like the idea. There is a problem with this state bill. The U.S. Constitution allows for ‘executive orders’ that do not require U.S. Senate confirmation. The scope of those “orders” are not enumerated,
Idiot, never read the constitution. The president can legally issue executive orders that control federal agencies and programs. States cannot institute laws that nullify executive orders as they do not have the direct power to violate the constitution.
We would be just fine. Probably better.
LOL AM loving my life in AZ and proud of it!
