This must be disappointing for illegals looking to suckle on American rights and entitlements without the hassle of actually becoming Americans or troubling to pay taxes like the rest of us.

As a Oath Keeper , you should know that according to the Consitution birth citizenship requires that the child be born ” subject to the Jurisdiction” which means they wre born with allegiance to the nation by birth to at least one parent whom was a U.S. citizen. Current “citizenship” for children of illegals is a Policy that was started in the 1980’s and can ended( and should be) at any time.

Unfortunately, that’s not the legal definition of “subject to the jurisdiction”. If you can deport some one, or arrest them, they are subject to the jurisdiction. If you have diplomatic immunity, your not a subject to the jurisdiction. Explain how you can deport someone you have no jurisdiction over?
Where were they born?
The 14th amendment was passed so that children of freed slaves would be American citizens, it didn’t mean that any babies of foreign citizens are American citizens.
