Illegal immigrants have just been shown the door. A federal court judge has erred on the side of reason, deciding that the children of illegal immigrants are not entitled to US citizenship. This must be disappointing for illegals looking to suckle on American rights and entitlements without the hassle of actually becoming Americans or troubling to pay taxes like the rest of us.

I agree. How can an illegal immigrant give birth to a citizen of a country just because the child was born here? The child’s nationality is based on the parents nationality. Yes it is sad that children who have not any life but that in America to be deported. But you don’t need to blame the government. You need to blame the parents. The parents were fully aware that they were breaking the law and commiting fraud.
