This must be disappointing for illegals looking to suckle on American rights and entitlements without the hassle of actually becoming Americans or troubling to pay taxes like the rest of us.

I have a good friend who moved to Spain meet a woman, the got pregnant they desided to move back to Spain too have the little girl the reason why is because regardless of my friend being a born citizen his wife who was on a work visa the baby would not buy fed law be a citizen. So they went home had her then applied the right way and now live down the street legally his wife and his baby now have duel citizenship. The legal way. Legal meaning by the law.

I hope this will also plug up the loophole that allows foreigners to come to the US pregnant and deliver their babies there so the baby will be “American” and receive a passport. This is a more insidious problem than the children born to illegals living in the US having babies, and is something I hear about all too often living in the Middle East.

This country has a legal immigration process. If you or your family disregarded that process and decided to sneak in illegally instead, then the possibility of deportation and splitting up your family is a chance that they took. Being deported for illegally entering a country instead of applying and waiting your turn to enter legally is not racism.
Time to repeal the 14th amendment and make thia normal policy. Was only created to protect the citizenship rights of former and children of former slaves and none of them are alive anymore so it is completely outdated.
