Illegal immigrants have just been shown the door. A federal court judge has erred on the side of reason, deciding that the children of illegal immigrants are not entitled to US citizenship. This must be disappointing for illegals looking to suckle on American rights and entitlements without the hassle of actually becoming Americans or troubling to pay taxes like the rest of us.

I just have 2 questions if anyone can answer them. A child is born in the us to illegal parents. That child persues citizenship at the age of 18 and becomes a citizen. Does that mean that the parents become legal as well? What if the parents become citizens after the child is born is the child automatically a citizen? Just curious
Only in America would we be arguing if they are illegal or legal. We should quit breaking our laws and inforce them and stop having to spend tax dollars to go to court. If their parents are here illegally then they shouldn’t have been here having a baby.
