Illegal immigrants have just been shown the door. A federal court judge has erred on the side of reason, deciding that the children of illegal immigrants are not entitled to US citizenship. This must be disappointing for illegals looking to suckle on American rights and entitlements without the hassle of actually becoming Americans or troubling to pay taxes like the rest of us.

The court ruled correctly ! That’s Law! The parents failed in citizenship and their children pay the price ! I’m one to love children and make sure their safe ,”however if it were not for the parents ,the children would have been fine ! I do agree with you on one point , and that’s the children have no country to call their own ! Are we to fix that ? I don’t think we are required to solve all of the illegals self inflicted wounds by allowing law breaking ! My heart goes out to the children ,but responsibility doesn’t lay in the hands of America to fix their parents horrible mistakes ! Now as far as place in vetting and getting then to the front of the legal application process ,”I’m all for that ! Legally entering and solving their own destruction to their selves and their children ! The warning is there to get legal ! Now it’s totally up to them to comply. If the parents are illegal, after the baby is born they should be deported. This would thin out the illegals pretty quick.
