China is on the way to becoming the dominant landowner in the United States as they are on a huge ‘buying spree’ – purchasing vast tracts of our land.
Sometimes the land is actually given to them by economically depressed areas desperate for the Chinese to come in and build factories.
In other cases, the Chinese are buying up major corporations and then acquire the land as a consequence. For example, upon purchasing Smithfield Foods they suddenly owned 460 large farms – becoming the top employer in dozens of cities and communities all over the United States.
Well, we just happened to have a lot of real estate at rock-bottom prices. How convenient for China. America is being sold out – literally.

I thought it was against our laws for a non citizen to own property in our Country, So they have to pay taxes right ? Can you say sell outs sure I betcha can.

seems like everyday we get more bad news about our country, We should be like one of the countries I think India, other countries can build on it but never own the land. So when they leave the land still belongs to it’s natural country.
We are stupid, Americans can’t own any property in most if not all European countries. We allow people from everywhere to buy and at a really good rate, better than a u s citizen. If they go broke, all is forgive. I know some of these folk and they are now quite wealthy. Some of them will help a restart if someone goes broke.
They already have oil leases pulling units and drilling rigs. Pretty soon they’ll own America.
Doesn’t seem to me like that should even be allowed ~ other countries buying land here. I mean, aren’t we like shooting ourselves in the foot by allowing that?
