Bottom line is this, all the modern amenities human kind created were intended to make live easier for a small population. That was the goal back when the industrial revolution first came about. Man invented and invented to end the toil and struggle of humanity. This world was never supposed to have 7 billion people on it. Unfortunately everyone decided to ignore the scientists for the past 5 decades who have been telling us the world is being destroyed and we have to cut back. Within 100 years at the rate we’re going the world is going to collapse anyway. Don’t have kids, and just enjoy whatever you can make of the rest of your life.
Scientists have been screaming for a population under 4 billion world wide for a long time. There’s only so many places in this world where humans can thrive with minimal development.
I would normally say not even close, but I’ve seen the “average” American so without power yes I believe it is true.
