Our electrical infrastructure is more fragile than most people think. Losing it would be the equivalent to the zombie apocalypse. Taking it down could happen naturally or just as easily by a man-made device.
I wonder if Germany had the same feeling for Hitler as we do every year hoping for the new face of drastic measures to tear down society in order to give us “what we want”. What happens after? Maybe that’s why were trillions in debt and American political ideology either wants to consume the planet or shoot itself in the leg with conservatism.
