How could you deal with a highly armed American populace all at once if you wanted to take down the country? Why isn’t Barack Obama impeached or arrested yet? How could you get rid of 90% of the American population without ever setting foot on our soil?
All those questions could very well have the same answer: an EMP attack.
An Electromagnetic Pulse is a short burst of energy that has the ability to completely fry any and all electronics and can be brought about by a exploding a nuclear device at high altitude (North Korea is capable of doing this right now) or even just by a solar flare. A cyber attack or simple physical assault could also take down our highly vulnerable grid.
Such an event would send us all back to the stone age as every single electronic device, including the power grid, would be completely destroyed.

This has to be one of the biggest line of BS that was ever told. An EMP blast will kill unsheathed electronics and that’s all. Wipe out 90% of the population NO. Maybe some will kill themselves because of no internet connection but that about it.
I disagree. Unsheathed electronic include, refrigerators, freezers phones, electricity and pumps. which will shut down, Gas refineries, medicines that must be kept cold. heating systems, heart monitors, not to mention everyone going beserk, raiding grocery stores and paramacies, anything they can get their hands on. In the first months alone millions that are on medication or dialiyis will die, People in the Northern climates will freeze to death. Unless you’re a prepper, your not going to be ready for this. That’s what they mean when they say 90% of the population with croak. Maybe some will commit suicide, but for the most part, people will freeze, die of heat exhaustion, die from untreated medical conditions and be killed because they have something someone else wants.
EMPs don’t kill! They fry electronics! If you REALLY can’t live without your electronic doodads then you are too soft.
