Not if there is no electricity to pump fuel into trucks and cars most people have to drive to work. No refrigerators to store food at the warehouse or your home. No computers to run credit cards or ATMs so you’d have to use cash for what ever isn’t stolen in the first couple hours. Do you see where this is going?
Also as a trucker how are you going to protect me from being hijacked on the road? How will you convince me to leave my family unprotected while I drive 250 miles away?

Yep for sure but if the trucks stop running bringing food and supplies and water stopped flowing I would not want to be in a big city.
