Wow that’s some serious bull.. 90% how about no. A large number? Most definitely. Lack of food. Riots. But no. It will work out fine. You know once Russia or some other country mops the floor with our crippled country that has no communication infrastructure. But the armed citizens would be fine. Potentially fight it off and reinstate a new government.

No electricity: no gas pumps, no truckers across the nation to deliver food, no warmth in the winter, no cooling in the summer, no tv, no phone service, no internet, no lights, no water in the house or to drink, no nothing as we know it now. Would take a very long time to repair electrical grid. Unless people have solar or wind generators, and have food stored up, it would be devastating to most people, hospitals, the elderly, etc.
