I dont think an EMP attack would kill 90% of US population. It might cause a large number of people to starve and die, but we didnt have any electronics, vehicles etc….till only about 100 years ago. I believe there’s a lot of people who know how to survive without amenities and luxuries and for those who dont they should educate themselves while they still have access to the learning resources.
