I don’t think it would be close to 90% maybe 20-30% but more important is you would destroy it economically why because 90% of all financial business is done on and through computers and if it was all gone so would be all our money of everyone’s money. Every thing in this country would stop. government would have no control anymore and people would be there own worse enemy. how ever if we were attacked at the same time I believe that would unite us enough that we would pull through it better. Because then instead of in house fighting we would have a common enemy..
