Alleged cop killer Shannon Miles faces the death penalty for the killing of Harris County Deputy Darren Goforth. District Attorney Devon Anderson read the charges, that included shooting the deputy a total of fifteen times.
Miles allegedly shot the peace officer execution-style at a gas station last Friday night while the officer was filling his patrol car gas station in northwest Houston.

If he doesn’t get death it will be a miscarriage of justice. This was absolutely a senseless hate crime. And where is Sharpton, Jackson, Holder or Obummer to cry out for the white officer??? They all make me sick to my stomach.

1948 the UN criminalized the incitement to genocide
At the end of WWII, $#%&!@* propagandist propagandist Julius Streicher was found guilty of crimes against humanity for his role in inciting violence through speech. His work, written, spoken, printed, etc. was found prosecutorial for inciting violence against a specified groups based upon race, ethnicity, political, and religious distinction (Jews) as defined by the London Charter. As such, this was deemed a prosecutable crime against humanity.
Streicher’s cohort and director, Hans Fritsche, had made antis emetic broadcasts and statements; however, be never called for the death or murder of any. Therein lies the difference. Fritz he’s verbal actions were deemed to NOT be crimes against humanity and, therefore, not prosecutable under the same laws as w statements.
Now, consider Farrakhan and Malik Zulu Shabazz, the leader of the New Black Panther Party. They are both calling for a race war. Both have called for the killing of police and of whites.
Here we see the differentiating of two distinct groups, one by profession and the other by race and religion.
There is no, or little, difference between what Streicher was saying and producing and what Farrakhan and Ahabazz are saying and producing.
