According to both a new study and the head of the Federal Reserve, 90% of all US household are poorer than they were back in 1987.
Where did the money go? It didn’t just evaporate.

I live in the Wash. DC metropolitan area in Maryland. Let me tell you, the cost of living around here has adjusted to the FED employee’s income level (which these people are grossly over paid). I refer to myself and my husband as “commoners”. We can’t afford to live in the state we were born and raised in because of it. IT REALLY SUCKS!! Typical rent here for a town house is $1,600.00 to $1,800.00 a month. For a house rent is anywhere from $2,000.00 to $2,400.00 a month. Thank God we own a house, even though we’re house poor.
More part-time and fewer fulltime jobs!
