At a time when the federal government continues on every possible front to limit the Second Amendment of Americans, one group is having their gun rights expanded: illegal immigrants.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit pulled off what Breitbart News calls the “work of a contortionist” in how they upheld the law, while at the same time paving the way for those in our country illegally to be able to own guns.

Jason you’re not a cons$#%&!@*utionalist either ! If they are here illegally they have to have diplomatic immunity , and then they need to be Federally guarded by a federal agency !
Then l can get a gun without a background check then.
Most of the cons$#%&!@*ution applies to everyone except for a few parts in the cons$#%&!@*ution technically anyone can legally carry.

They are not Citizens, therefore they can not have none of the rights stated in said Cons$#%&!@*ution. Besides if one uses there logic, the Cons$#%&!@*ution doesn’t exist, therefore they still get no 2nd Amendment!!!
If they are here on visa’s or on government business maybe !

Isn’t crossing the border a felony? Felons can’t have firearms or ammunition in their possession or does that law only apply to us the taxpayers? Since when do illegal aliens have more rights than a country’s own citizens? This is a slap to the face of everyone of us legal citizens.
