Illegal aliens don’t have any rights, especially the second amendment. They are illegal. I guess if a convict is released from prison he also has second amendment rights. The only right they have is to get on a bus and go back where they came from and take their anchor babies with them.
They are not ‘we the people.’ They are foreign invaders.
