At a time when the federal government continues on every possible front to limit the Second Amendment of Americans, one group is having their gun rights expanded: illegal immigrants.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit pulled off what Breitbart News calls the “work of a contortionist” in how they upheld the law, while at the same time paving the way for those in our country illegally to be able to own guns.

another judge that should not of ever been put in office has no clue what the law is or the cons$#%&!@*ution says
NO!!!
Vote this judge out of a job when you vote to retain or replace.
So that’s why they can vote not
Illegal aliens only have one right, the right to be deported back home.
Oscar Serrano,u mean a $#%&!@* lawyer,
Rights are inherent and preceded the cons$#%&!@*ution, the second amendment limits the government infringement on certain inherent rights (negative rights) it does not grant these rights. The “bill of rights” is a negative rights do$#%&!@*ent. It states that no one in federal government can interfere with them. As a human you have all the rights mentioned in the bill of rights simply by being born and the bill of rights was and is intended to keep the government from infringing on them. Positive rights require action from someone for you to exercise them. The problem is we have allowed for our inherent right to bear arms to be treated as a positive right by allowing the government to keep you from exercising the right without certain types of licenses etc. If here illegally send them back, the right to immigrate is a positive right that requires an action by someone else to be exercised, but the rights in the bill of rights are still negative rights that nobody gives you, they are still inherent, as long as we allow the government to treat a right that is a negative right as a positive right that they can control for whom ever they decide you are on the way to losing it yourself.
Commit a felony get gun rights?
Bill Potting,Declaration of Independence doesn’t apply to illegal aliens, just lawful citizens
