At a time when the federal government continues on every possible front to limit the Second Amendment of Americans, one group is having their gun rights expanded: illegal immigrants.

Cons$#%&!@*utional rights are for citizens of the Republic called America . Human rights cover both citizens and non citizens. Our rights reserved and protected by the cons$#%&!@*ution are god given but only a citizen has cons$#%&!@*utional rights as a non citizen is not afforded such.

The right to bear arms is a God given or natural right . So any man can bear arms . But being that an illegal immigrants is already a criminal by just being in America why would we reward a criminal with gun ownership when they have already demonstrated a willingness to violate our laws ?
