Except for a few experts watching and forecasting Hitler’s actions, the regular citizens would have called Hitler marching on Europe as “preposterous”.
And when these events start, it will be quick, decisive and simply unbelievable to Americans watching it unfold.

Most people do not understand the magnitude or the devastation of a single EMP “blast” … Its effects would be worse than anything you can imagine … NOTHING WORKS … We would be knocked back into caveman days … Cars become useless unless they have no electronics … No phones … No food unless you steal it .. Killings are everywhere … No electricity… Total anarchy in major cities across the affected areas … Cities would fall in less than a week

An emp would devastate this country. No military or government will not be able to help you. The military won’t be able to communicate, much less even fire a missile or even fly a plane. No electricity, no way to communicate whatsoever, no access to any cash in your bank, no gas for your cars, no getting food at the grocery store etc. People today do not know how to live that way. Your preppers or Alaska folks living off the land and off the grid and the Amish wouldn’t be affected as much but everyone else would. Few people today especially in cities know how to grow food or how to even store it to keep it edible. Rob you are spot on, this country would fall quickly. Interestingly, the bible speaks to us of the great Babylon will be destroyed by one simple weapon and many from other countries would come and steal her riches after Babylon has been devastated and left helpless. Russia has flown over and in US airspace without consequences and they weren’t stopped. North Korea could fire a missile that could reach the US. People who think it’s just not possible are only fooling themselves. We can be taken out by one simple weapon. Not bombs and guns and airplanes and missiles or nuclear weapons as most perceive would be used in an attack. We would destroy ourselves from within if an emp were to be used as would most other countries.
