Citizens arrest is a very real thing and can be used in any state within our nation. I doesn’t work like some people think and you are not allowed to detain by force but you can make an arrest and wait for uniformed officer to arrest and serve. It will go to court with you as the arresting party.
I challenge any american to detain me with out force and a badge. Ill just leave. Seriously. Without use of force, or somehow locking me in a room, it is impossible. And to say that calling the cops on someone is citizens arrest is silly. All you did was call the cops. Its up to that moron to stick around till the cops acrually show up.

I’ve watched this video. It’s great. The problem I have is with whomever writes the misleading headlines. News people- Tell it how it is! They placed the board under citizens arrest. And they have forced the resignation of over 100 officials- to date. But the way you write the headline it makes it sound like they arrested the boarded AND forced the resignation of over 100 officials…AT THE SAME.
Not that I’m a supporter, but Trump just pointed out in an interview this BS tactic used by the media. Stop sensationalizing new. Tell it how it is. Don’t insinuate. Don’t infer. Tell the TRUTH. USE PERIODS INSTEAD OF COMMAS!
