If your life is not in eminent danger or the lives of the others are not, it would be your butt… A citizen’s arrest is $#%&!@*isted by law enforcement for breaking the law and if the citizens who are making the citizens arrest are not armed ??? Well you could imagine how that would work out for you…
Walter you are one of the people that make us gun owners look ba you automatically just to “ill shoot them”. If that is your state of mind because “someone put their hands on you” then you do not need to own a gun. If they are making an arrest then obviously you broke a law. Also if you have your carry permit then you know that you can not shoot someone for putting their hands on you. You must feel that they are there to take your life. You sir are a pathetic excuse for a gun owner.
First thing he jumps to is shooting the citizen. He is the reason why so many gun owners are under attack.

All I have to say is this…..if I attempt to make a citizens arrest and the person pulls a gun, he better hope its made out of chocolate because he is gonna eat it.
