The Bill, Hillary, and Chelsea Clinton Foundation is a charitable organization with the publicly-stated purpose of helping HIV/AIDs patients in Third World countries. According to Wall Street analyst, Charles Ortel, the Clintons have extracted tens of millions of dollars of funds received by their foundation and to make matters worse, the drugs the foundation has distributed to third-world AIDS patients turned out to be useless.

Ortel explains that Hillary is complicit in systematic financial fraud on a level that warrants a criminal investigation. Not only has the charitable organization been used to enrich the Clinton family directly (an inurement scheme), “Ongoing analysis of legally required public disclosures reveals that while Mrs. Clinton served as director, the Clinton Foundation and its principal constituent elements, filed false and materially misleading tax returns with the IRS and with other governmental authorities, for multiple years”. Ortel also explains that before Hillary finished her first year as President Obama’s Secretary of State, he calculates $17 million ‘went missing’ from the Foundation’s financial reports.

Hillary often touts the good work the Foundation accomplishes, but John Stossel of Fox News notes “Charity Navigator, the biggest charity rating service, won’t even list the Clinton Foundation in its rankings. This is repulsive. If a Republican candidate ran a charity that did that, it would be a scandal. But the Clintons must be immune.” For example, in 2013, only 9% of the Foundation’s money went to charity.

So much for the idea that Clinton’s charitable foundation is helpful and compassionate to those in need!
