An unprecedented 105 retired Navy admirals and two Marine Corps generals are warning the Obama administration that U.S. security will plummet to all time lows if more cuts to the naval budget are made.
Obama is already completely eliminating the highly successful Tomahawk missile program, known as the worlds most advanced cruise missile, by 2016.
