A jury decided last year that the owner of a small organic farm, Shellie Smith, still owes $4000 after a raid by SWAT that destroyed her farm.
Garden of Eden, a small organic in Arlington, Texas, was the target of a SWAT raid in 10-hour long search with Smith being held at gunpoint at one point.
Arlington police dept. stated that there were complaints of marijuana being grown on the premises, but none was found on the property. Instead, law enforcement confiscated 17 blackberry bushes, 15 okra plants, 14 tomatillo plants, native grasses and sunflowers.

Police state, why did they need a SWAT team? Government over kill and a huge waste of money and resources! Come on people get our country back. There is no need for this kind of heavy handed action. These actions have gotten a lot of innocent people murdered and injured!
Mike Roberts we a were stupid enough to put those people into office and and still stupid for bending over for them instead of standing up and making them realize that they are just little people that can remove as quick as they got in there. We are all staying quite for fear of being called racist and being look at wrong. Geuss what I’m not racist. I really don’t care if the idiots are blue, purple, white, black, etc. If they are incompetent at doing their job or trying to over throw our rights because they are greedy, self centered, and destroying our country then they need to be removed one way or another.
Someone should have to pay for the damage done and the plants stolen by the (so called ) police or judge this is America and we still have some rights.
