President Trump Urges Media to Investigate the “Mysterious” Death of Joe Scarborough’s Intern 16 Years Ago

Back in 2001, one of Joe Scarborough’s intern’s was found dead in his office from a head wound. Internet chat rooms and various independent media outlets discussed this amongst themselves quietly. But, such talk never managed to make its way into the newsrooms of the Fake News Industrial Complex until this week.

When President Trump saw fit to bring this topic into the national conversation.

The “unsolved mystery” President Trump is referring to is the death of  Lori Klausutis who was found dead in Joe Scarborough’s office 16 years ago.

A story in the Sarasota Herald-Tribune on July 21, 2001 noted that a “28-year-old” was found dead in Scarborough’s office. The story said preliminary findings from the medical examiner’s office “showed no foul play or any outward indication of suicide,” while noting that it was unclear how long her body had been on the floor beneath Scarborough’s desk.

Two months later, less than a year into his fourth term, Scarborough abruptly resigned from congress citing his desire to spend more time with his family.

Joe Scarborough has always maintained that he was “out of town” when this happened. But, he did decide to unexplainably quit politics 2 months later and the story has never fully died down among internet chat rooms.

The story of Lori Klausutis has dogged Scarborough on the Internet since she was found dead in his Florida district office on July 19, 2001. Although Scarborough was out of town — and the medical examiner later ruled she had died after falling and hitting her head on a desk — conspiracy theorists have long speculated, with no reliable evidence, that Scarborough could have been somehow involved in Klausutis’ death. And now the president appears to be joining in.

What is also interesting to note is that despite the medical examiner ruling she died of a heart condition, she had no history of such health problems.

The local medical examiner eventually said that an “undiagnosed heart condition” contributed to her death that was ruled “an accident,” according to The Hotline.

“She was near unconsciousness as she was falling… because she did nothing to protect herself,” the medical examiner said. “[She] hit a desk with the side of her head.”

And Scarborough claims he didn’t even know the intern, and she was a nobody to him.

He had this to say back in 2003 when rumored whisperings of his involvement were starting to get too close to comfort, which is understandable. No one wants to walk around knowing they are accused in the court of public opinion of being a murder. But, reason also insists pointing out that the only reason he found himself in this situation is due to the unusual circumstances involving his own office staff.

“I have long held fast to the rule that I do not respond to rumors, but my assistant suggested that I make an exception this time since the lie published could get me executed,” Scarborough wrote. “I need to set the record straight.”

“Lori worked in my annex office,” “I met her no more than three times,” “I was never alone with her” and “I didn’t leave Congress because of her death.”

As peculiar as all of these events are, there is no evidence to officially suggest any foul play pertaining to the death of Lori Klausutis.

As Gawker once pointed out, “There is zero evidence to suggest that Joe Scarborough had anything to do with the death of Lori Klausutis. But the story of Klausutis’s death has nevertheless haunted Scarborough over the years.”

It should be noted that just as there is no evidence that Trump colluded with Russia, there is also no evidence of any wrongdoing on Scarborough’s part with respect to Klausutis. This is just another example of Trump using the media’s own tactics against them — something that never ceases to freak the left-wing media out. They are simply not used to a Republican who fights back.

Scarborough’s response to the President’s tweet was one of obvious predictable denial and attack.

But of course, Scarborough didn’t actually mean that, he was just throwing a tantrum.

He and Zika have gone on the warpath teaming up with alleged Art of the Deal ghostwriter, Tony Schwartz, to make the ridiculous claim President Trump is suffering from dementia and earlier onset Alzheimer’s.

But isn’t almost worse than the person you’re accusing of having dementia still remembers the fact your intern died under mysterious circumstances??

In a fiery “Morning Joe” segment on Thursday, the MSNBC hosts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski accused President Donald Trump of being “mentally unstable” a day after Trump promoted an unfounded conspiracy theory that Scarborough was involved in the 2001 death of an intern in his congressional office.

Scarborough called the president “completely detached from reality” and later claimed that “everybody around Donald Trump knows he’s not stable.””We are facing a showdown with a nuclear power, and you have somebody inside the White House that the New York Daily News says is mentally unfit, that people close to him say is mentally unfit, that people close to him during the campaign told me had early stages of dementia,” Scarborough said.

What is also interesting to point out is that President Trump used to schmooze with the leftist crowds all viciously attacking him now.

Meanwhile, “Morning Joe” has had a bizarre relationship with President Trump for years. Trump used to be friendly with Scarborough and Brzezinski and the show took him seriously when most mainstream media members thought he was a political afterthought early in his campaign.

The co-hosts were even accused of lobbing softball questions during an MSNBC town hall event. However, Scarborough and Brzezinski eventually turned on Trump and have been openly critical of the president on a daily basis – which has resulted in heated Twitter exchanges between the former friends. Many insiders believe Scarborough turned on Trump because of personal reasons or simply to lift the show’s ratings.

One has to wonder if seeing all of the criminality of the elite firsthand for so long is what fuels his vicious attacks on the corruption of modern-day America.
