Obama Calls On All Mayors, National Leaders to Rise Up Against Trump

Pittsburgh Mayor Bill Peduto (D) took a statement by our sitting president to be a call to sophomoric, university-style, snowflake temper-tantrum action when he took to Twitter to answer the president’s rebuke of the Paris Accord.  President Trump said:

‘I was elected to represent the citizens of Pittsburgh, not Paris.’

The response was at once ridiculously partisan and not about the people in his city who are suffering from poverty and unemployment.  His remarks said in no uncertain terms that he intends on defying the president at all costs.

“Fact: Hillary Clinton received 80% of the vote in Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh stands with the world & will follow Paris Agreement.”

With shades of Maxine Waters and her calls to stand up against the president in a seditious fiery rally for action on the floor of the House of Representatives, so too is Mayor Peduto’s announcement that he will not represent the 20% of his residents for whom he could care less.  In fact, perhaps he’d even be happy to buy them a ticket out of Pittsburgh to live in the rest of the state where the land is colored red, not with blood, but with Right wing respect for the working man.

Citizen-president Obama, meanwhile, has issued another decree from the Department of Shadowy Endeavors in their headquarters down the street from the actual White House that he wants all mayors and leaders around the country to rise up in defiance of the Trump administration in an effort to raid the already-dry taxpayer salaries of their very last hard-earned dollar.

You see, my friends, it’s not enough to agree with Climate Change, you must also pay through the nose for such agreement (but only if you’re a lousy, deplorable and irredeemable denier).  Fine Print:  “All Climate Change believers will receive a special tax-exempt status from the Internal Revenue Service as well as a stipend for each YouTube video posted in support of said unproven “science-is-settled” theory…fact.”

You gotta love Lefties and their ability to keep us laughing.
