NARAL Blasts Doritos for ‘Humanizing Fetuses’

Doritos Ad Generates Pro-Abortion Groups Ire

The National Abortion Rights Action League (NARAL) is furious about the quirky, entertaining ad promoting Doritos chips that ran during Super Bowl 50. The ad, though a little sketchy in the good taste department, depicts a mother and father viewing an ultra-sound of their lively, unborn baby. Perhaps NARAL is a little touchy because their stock in trade is murdering babies in the womb, and it was clear, as many ultrasounds are, that there was a very small human being visible in the ultrasound and not a “mass of tissue” as folks from NARAL and Planned Parenthood choose to call it.

NARAL immediately took to Twitter and denounced the ad, saying Doritos used an “anti-choice tactic of humanizing fetuses & sexist tropes of dads as clueless & moms as uptight.”

Well, it was a human fetus, after all, what some people actually call a baby. There is a reason why Planned Parenthood and NARAL do not want prospective mothers to have ultrasounds since it becomes quite clear that what is growing in the womb is a baby.

It is also clear by their reaction that NARAL is quite aware that they are promoting infanticide, not an insignificant medical “procedure.” That is tragic, but I think the video will make you laugh (and squirm). Rock out, baby!
