Out of Melbourne, Florida, authorities state an angry crowd attacked a police officer trying to arrest a man just past midnight on Monday.
Police state that 22-year-old Phoenix Chansler Low was confronted by an officer due to an open container violation, after which Low ignored their instructions and became combative.
