There’s a whopping 20 announced and potential Democratic candidates for the 2020 ticket with the top seeds being former Vice President Joe Biden and Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders. In a Fox News poll, Biden is the top choice at 31 percent, followed by Sanders at 23 percent.
According to the poll, either would be favored to beat President Donald Trump in the 2020 finals. What a short memory the public has. If Biden squared off against Trump it would be a runaway win for the President as soon as the biggest Gaffe Machine in D.C. cranked up.
If these two men stood toe to toe it would be quite obvious whose shocking remarks are calculated and whose are, well, not. President Trump himself said it well.
“Biden was never very smart. He was a terrible student. His gaffes are unbelievable. When I say something that you might think is a gaffe, it’s on purpose; it’s not a gaffe. When Biden says something dumb, it’s because he’s dumb,” President Trump told television anchors before his State of the Union address.
