10 Shocking FBI Scandals Under Director Comey’s Watch

Attorney General Jeff Sessions and Deputy Attorney General, Rod Rosenstein, both advised President Trump to terminate Comey’s employment with the bureau and it was based on a history of poor management and corruption.

Boston Marathon
The FBI knew Boston Marathon bomber, Tamerlan Tsarnaev intended to blow-up American citizens. Even Russia knew Tamerlan Tsarnaev was going to bomb the marathon. Russian officials warned the Obama Administration twice. But, the FBI decided against investigating a known terrorist in favor of wiretapping private citizens as instructed by the Obama agenda.

Data Mining
The FBI was conducting private agency data mining on innocent American citizens. Even if no illegal actives were found or suspected, the agency was instructing records to retain the data permanently.

Fort Hood
The FBI had the power to save the 31 lives tragically killed at Fort Hood. Bureau officials had written proof, emails sent by Nidal Hasan describing how he’d kill his fellow soldiers and brothers as he was actually fighting for the Taliban. But, the FBI refused or were perhaps instructed by the deep state to not intervene under any circumstances. Most experts agree that the tragedy at Fort Hood could have easily been prevented.

Eric Holder and Robert Mueller
The FBI sometimes gets the facts right, accidentally. Throughout the Obama administration, the FBI claimed that two of their private jets were being used for counterterrorism measures. Which is technically true if Eric Holder and Robert Mueller are ever finally held accountable and prosecuted. As these two planes were actually at the disposal of Holder and Mueller for both business and mysterious personal travels.

“Operation Backdoor”
The FBI had concerns about cell phones. So they demanded Apple create a “backdoor” that would allow law enforcement agencies to unlock these phones. There was a catch. The FBI would have virtually limitless access to anyone’s phone if Apple cooperated. Leading to an epic showdown between the FBI and Silicon Valley tech companies. Comey and the FBI came out of this showdown with international disdain. His poor leadership was obvious to everyone outside of the Obama administration and his cohorts. As it turns out, Comey forgot to check with his own tech team before striking up a public battle with Apple. FBI officials ended up being able to unlock the San Bernardino terrorist’s phone in a relatively short amount of time. Furthermore, every other major official in national security warned Comey was up to mischief and acting recklessly. Former CIA Directors, General Petraeus and James Woolsey, in addition to former NSA Director, General Michael Hayden warned that a “backdoor” would inevitably wind up in the wrong hands and beyond alarming.

Forcefully Fingerprinting Militia Groups
The FBI conducted an unprecedented raid on a small Texas political gathering in 2015. Officials confiscated all computers, phones, electronics, and took fingerprints of all 60 people gathered at the meeting. Several people at the meeting were speculated to be in favor of Texas annexing from the U.S.

Clinton Emails
The FBI made a bizarre move while investigating Hillary Clinton’s use of a private server while Secretary of State and careless handling of classified documents. They allowed Clinton aides to both destroy their electronics and be granted immunity.

New York City Bomber
Ahmad Khan Rahami, the New York City backpack bomber, had a patriotic father. His father warned the FBI repeatedly that his son had become radicalized and dangerous. The FBI refused to listen to the warnings. They called Rahami in for a brief interview then removed his name from their watchlist.

Orlando Terror Attack
Comey and the FBI also were in regular communication with Omar Mateen, the terrorist who killed 49 people and wounded over 53 others. The FBI had been investigating Mateen for over 10 months. They even had Mateen on tape saying he was constantly lying to officials. Once they found out Mateen was a liar they made the assumption he was just like one of them and closed the case. Shortly after they closed the case, Pulse Nightclub, Orlando Florida was flashing across every news screen and paper headlines.

“Draw Muhammad”
“CBS recently reported that when two terrorists sought to kill Americans attending the “Draw Muhammad” event in Garland, Texas, the FBI not only had an understanding an attack was coming but actually had an undercover agent traveling with the Islamists, Elton Simpson and Nadir Soofi. The FBI has refused to comment on why the agent on the scene did not intervene during the attack.”

Comey had an agenda and it seems that protecting U.S. national security and interests was not at the top of that list. Under his leadership, the FBI continually disregarded the Constitution and citizens faith in the bureau.

Joe, DiGenova, former U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, is one of the many legal experts who’d been advocating for Comey’s termination from the FBI. DiGenova points out that Comey’s was “out of control”, “so self-centered and full of himself”, to the point it impaired his ability to understanding the law making him “a danger to this country.”

DiGenova is right, and thanks to President Trump the FBI will soon back to protecting national security in a manner more aligned with the Constitution.
